Sarah Tarvin is an instructional design and content creator with experience that has both range and depth. Highlights of what she brings to her work include:

*More than 15 years of direct instructional experience including 10 years in adult learning and 6 years in the K12 environment.
*More than 6 years of freelance content creation, including instructional design for major companies and corporations ranging from non-profit humanitarian organisations and large scale retailers to the USAF.
*Trained and experienced in adult learning theories, ADDIE, SAM, and Universal Design for Learning.
*Experience and skills in most major eLearning and LMS platforms currently in use, including but not limited to Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline), Adobe Captivate, Canvas, 360Learning, TalentLMS, Moodle, Blackboard, and more.
*Experience designing and building websites in Wordpress, Squarespace, and others.
*Skills in photography, video creation, editing, and other media creation.
*Experience in leading international, cross cultural departments of up to thirty people, including managing teams collaborating on nationwide curriculum at the ministry level.
